Before 2022, The post office plans to sign nearly 4,500 apprenticeship contracts in a wide range of occupations from CAP to Bac+5 level: sales, support functions, distribution, logistics, digital/IT, etc. More than 1,000 apprenticeship students are sought on AXA France† The MAIF plans to recruit just over 300 apprenticeship students by 2022, including 183 in the network and 125 at headquarters. groupama trains about 700 apprenticeship students every year. 250 more apprenticeship students are added every year AG2R La Mondiale† Macif holds 200. Swiss Life France is looking for 100 apprenticeship students, particularly within the support and business functions. Every year the Credit Agricole Real Estate trains 50 apprenticeship students.
In the audit consulting sector, KPMG wants to welcome 450 eager students. the Mazar’s office is recruiting 480 trainees and apprenticeship students for the 2021/2022 financial year. A third of the recruitments of PwC concerns trainees and trainees. Deloitte will welcome a total of 600 interns and working students in 2022. The digital service provider Sopra Steria offers 500 apprenticeship contracts. In telecom, Orange trains approximately 5,000 young people in digital professions every year.
In the energy sector, EDF welcomes more than 4,000 young people on work-study programs. its subsidiary Enedis recruits 1,200 young people for apprenticeship programs, from CAP to Bac+5. Every year, no fewer than 300 apprenticeship students join TENa subsidiary of EDF, for all its activities. GRDF offers 500 contracts. GRTgaz will train 130 new apprenticeship students in 2022.
at distribution, intersection offers an average of 5,000 contracts per year, from CAP to Bac+5in its various professions: sales, management, maintenance, catering or cashier, logistics, marketing, finance, digital … The Movement E.Leclerc offers 1,000 learning or professionalization contracts, from CAP to master. The fashion brand Gem is looking for a hundred apprentices for its store network, its logistics and its head office. castorama and Brico depot Recruit 750 young people for work-study trajectories, from infra-Bac to Bac+5, for positions in logistics, sales, digital or human resources.

Work-study contracts for all study levels

Despite the crisis, the work-study courses continue in the catering industry. McDonald’s wants to develop apprenticeship programs in its 1,500 restaurants in the area. The fast food brand aims to recruit more than 3,500 apprenticeship students by 2024 Club Med also recruits on an apprenticeship basis, with training leading to a diploma or qualification and a job within the company at the end of the training. Disneyland Paris also offers contracts for hotel schools, BTS, universities and business and technical schools.

Other companies, with different backgrounds, also welcome many working students. nest plans to welcome 700 interns and working students per year until 2025 Nespresso France annually recruits 70 customer advisors on a work-study basis. the Call Group (La Vache qui rit, Kiri, Mini Babybel, Leerdammer, Boursin) offers apprenticeship contracts in various professions: marketing, sales, communication, legal, engineering, supply chain, industrial performance, purchasing, R&D, finance, management control, human resources, information systems. Mondelēz International offers a hundred internship or apprenticeship assignments in France.
navy group is looking for 500 new apprenticeship students in 2022 for its 10 locations in Angoulême-Ruelle, Brest, Cherbourg, Lorient, Nantes, Nantes-Indret, Ollioules, Paris, Toulon and Saint-Tropez. the VINCI groupspecialized in concessions, construction and energy, signs more than 2,000 learn-work contracts every year. Thales recruits more than 1,800 per year. The group Kuehne + Nagel, specializing in logistics and supply chain management, welcomes nearly 250 young people to work-study programs each year. Company DHL Express also recruits approximately 50 new learning and professionalisation contracts per year, in trade, logistics, HR, finance, communication and marketing. The LVMH Institute of Professions of Excellence, in partnership with professional schools recognized in their respective disciplines, offers apprenticeships leading to qualifications and certification in the crafts, creation and sales. The French laboratory Sanofi is looking for 1,600 apprenticeship students for the start of the 2022 academic year. Using a network of schools, universities and training centers, the Adecco Group also trains apprenticeship students in its apprenticeship school and promotes their integration at the end of their apprenticeship period. The Group also has its own CFA “Recruit differently” to train future recruitment professionals on the job. In 2021, the group signed 8,000 contracts.
