-4 chicken breasts
-20cl coconut milk
-1 half pepper
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 shallot
-3 tablespoons colombo powder
-25cl water
-2 onions
-4 carrots
-Thyme

Preparation :

1. Place the chicken pieces, minced garlic and chopped onions in a wok. Sprinkle with herbs.

2. Brush with oil and place the carrot slices, as well as the thyme. Simmer for 15 minutes.

3.Add a ladle of water and the chilli, simmer for 15 minutes. Add the coconut milk during the last 5 minutes.

1. Fry the diced chicken in the pan with the olive oil with the herbs and the chopped onions.

2. Pour in the soy sauce, cornflour and coconut cream and then the curry. Simmer for 12 minutes. Then decorate with mint.

-150 g flour
-130g brown sugar
-4 eggs + 3 eggs
-1 lime
-1 vanilla pod
-35cl coconut milk
-100 g sugar
-80cl cane sugar syrup
-5cl rum

Preparation :

1. Mix 4 egg yolks, spices and vanilla. Beat the egg whites with the brown sugar. Integrate the two doughs and the flour. Put it all in a cake tin.

2. Bake the cake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

3. Boil the coconut milk in the pan. Separately, heat the 3 egg yolks and the sugar, the lime zest and mix with the boiled coconut milk. Let cool.

4. Cut the cake into two slices, put the cane syrup. Then pour in the coconut cream and sprinkle with grated coconut.
